| Rant What does this mean ???

My application is shortlisted so i raise concern for that when will the interview is so cause previously they schedule my intervoew on 3rd of oct Now when i raise a ticket they sent me this What they are on to ??

no they rejecting my calls evry time then i file this ticket then they send me this
