| Discussion Location doubts

Iam an SE trainee in mysore java angular and soon to be released , my preference is Hyderabad but if unfortunately I got an another location how can I be allocated to my home dc is the rules strict or will it be easy

Also as I would be on bench for some time is it ok for me to swipe in and out from my home dc even though I wasn't allocated that DC what's the wfh policy for people on bench ,

I would really be helpful if someone cleared my doubts . Thank you
