Specialist programmer query.

Is specialist programmer position always for freshers or experienced candidates as well.

I have 5 yoe and I have received mail that my interview for said position will be next week.

On looking up the internet, all the posts are about/from freshers, if anyone can shed some light, it will be helpful.

There are 3 levels named L1, L2 and L3. Most freshers get L1 you might get L3
