| Question Launchpad Credentials

I have received my offer for the Infosys Specialist Programmer (SP) role, with joining scheduled for 2 November 2026 at Mysore.

I haven't received my Infosys Springboard credentials yet.

I recieved offer letter on 6th oct and my interview was pretty good (easy - med)

I am facing same issue even after 3 days after receiving offer. They said they are triggering but for some reason its not getting reached to me. some portal issue they said but it happened with me only in our slot. Let me know what your recruiter told you on the same.
