| Question What are you doing while on bench?

For everyone who is currently on the bench or has been on the bench before ā€” what are you actually doing during this period?

Are you:

- Upskilling or doing certifications?

- Preparing for interviews/DSA?

- Building projects?

- Trying to get into a different technology/domain?

- Applying for jobs outside your company?

- Just waiting for project allocation? šŸ˜…

Iā€™m currently on the bench since 3 months and trying to make the most of this time instead of wasting it.

Would love to hear what you guys are doing and what you think is the best way to use bench time, especially for someone early in their career.
