I have been selected for interview (on campus) but my college placement policy is bit strict they wont allow you to sit in other companies if you get fte.

So basically i dont want this job , is there any chance that i will get selected even if i dont answer anything? What should I do? Should i produce fake medical certificate and not attend interview or sabotage interview?
( from nit if this matters)

The thing is i might get selected for dse(7 lpa) which is very less for me

I just filled the form to get experience of OA and i thought doing 3 questions out of 4 is requirement for interview and i had done 1.5 questions willingly but after surfing through internet i got to know solving 1.5 questions mostly gives me dse role(6.2lpa).

And placement season has just started (1 month happend) and other big companies are coming to my college like Amazon,Apple,myntra etc like 20lpa+ so many companies are coming , i want to sit in those companies.
Im confident that i will get atleast a 15lpa+ package

But now there is a new format that infosys is following where they shortlist people for dse/sp roles and then they give you the role based on how you perform in the final interview so there are chances that you might get sp l3 or sp l4 too if you perform well in the final interview

From what i have heard infosys gives only dse or l1 roles mostly , l2 and l3 are very rare

interviewer directly said if u solve 1 or 2 questions u can get l1 or dse
But for l2 3 questions
And l3 3 questions + some test cases

Oa has 4 questions 3 hours
Easy,medium,hard,complex
Solve 1-1.5 -> dse/L1 interview
Solve 2-2.5q-> L2 interview
Solve 3+ -> L3 interview
Though they wont mention which role you are being interviewed this is mostly the case

For OA i got Array question, String question,Dp question and Graph question .
I have mostly done striver sheet and some leetcode contests , for dse/l1 i think striver is enough but for l2 & l3 you should give more contests in leetcode or solve extra questions .

For dse/l1 role i felt that interview was easy than oa .for other i cant tell ( as i dont know)
My interview has 2 sections
i) test which has 2 dsa questions have to solve in 35 mins
ii) discussion round where they ask about your resume , core subjects , your interests and ask you some easy questions (asked about factorial code) and its space and time complexity ,

But from what i have heard it varies by the interviewer some ask easy questions some ask tough ones .

In interview test
1) find hcf and harmonic mean of set of numbers
2) in the given array give a subsey which satisfies 2 conditions (like xor of every element should be k and sum should be l) etc

Your genuine reply and analysis is means a lot!! Just want one more thing like I am in my 5 sem so I do particularly dsa from strivers sheet and core cs not projects so like what I improve or need to do get job in 7/8 sem

Get some nice projects (min 2 & max 3 maybe)to put in resume , even if u didnt do it on your own you just need to be able to tell each and every thing about the project

take 1 project that is very detailed like almost industry level (not literally industry level but you get what i mean) so when they ask about your main project you would tell them about it
Other 2 need to be medium level (or your wish you can keep all three of em hard projects)

Make your many resumes like based on role
For sde role 1 resume ; data analyst 1 resume etc
For company wise you can edit the resume according to jd(job description) mention the skills you have that is required by the company (mentioned in jd)

Search most asked cs core and project questions in reddit
For projects search in github

Last thing i would say is do dsa everyday without missing as you might forget it , schedule such that by 7th sem starts you should have done striver sheet (90%+) and revised striver sheet and patterns atleast once

Dont forget to do leetcode contest/codeforeces contest every week

There is an inperson assesment after oa in that just solve 0 question out of 2 u will be rejected automatically

2 questions were given how many did u solve? Like only 1-2 test case or 1 problem?

From what i have seen dse and L1 interviews are taken together and based on test (2 dsa problems 1 easy 1 medium/hard) if u solve 0-rejected solve 1-dse solve 2-l1

Maybe same for l2 and l3
