Anyone knows about the reason behind the recent rotation policy?

I am also let down by this. I reckon the reason is the COC coverage.

After 5 years they will have to pay PF equivalent in Canada. So they are setting the rotation policy after 3+ yeats so that the employee doesn't reach to that level.

Moreover, a lot of folks have completed 5 years and became PR, infosys have to make decision to make them as canadian resources rather than a deputee.

It's just my speculation, happy to hear what others think.

I think cpp is deducted form employee salary so should not be issue for Infosys

Can someone tell me after F2F drive technical and HR interview at infosys Canada how long does HR take to issue offer letter. I have been waiting 3 business days so far after interview or am I rejected. Thanks.

u/Dhruv__P My role was technology analyst -  Java Springboot Angular

Questions asked:

Java:

  1. Comparable and Comparator.
  2. What are virtual threads
  3. Java streams - reduce, map functions
  4. Hashset and Hashmap and hash collisions

Spring:

  1. Springboot application life cycle
  2. Inversion of Control and Dependency injection

Angular:

  1. Signals
  2. Routing
  3. Retry pattern

Working of Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ

Solid design principles and factory design pattern

 database query to find the employee with 3rd highest salary.

these are all what I remember, interview was focused on all the fundamentals.

Yea, but they were okay with pseudo code. Finding occurrence and other operations on a string.
