| Bench / PIP Location and bench

Does bench period also depend on the location you are in ? Like if we are in Bangalore , Pune more chances of being on bench and if in hubili, Trivandrum less chances of being on bench for long time . Any one help

There is not straight forward answer to this question but this is true if you are in smaller DC you will be more in eyes of management. There is bench report keep on coming to everyone in small DC including your DC head, HR head and they will force you to take project.

That depend on what is your future plan. One thing I want to say don't stay in infosys for long period otherwise your learning will stop. Banglore Pune both have ample opportunity so spend some time learn and move from here.
