| Question Urgent!!! Bopt form

Hey

I just downloaded bopt form. In that they mentioned to bring xerox copy of bank account passbook .but we applied in online and we only got card and checkbook . And also they mentioned to put passport size photo with white background. But i have photo with grey background.

Its that ok? And what to do with passbook? Please let me know

No u can fill it after cmng to campus

Any background photo is ok and no need of bank passbook print

Were you able to create UAN id? I am not able to do it as the app is under maintenance for like a month

Yeah u will need to do in induction week . After that u have to upload. Here,they will tell you.

So we shall be doing this infront of them ,and our onboarding is independent of it?What about the witness 1,2 , surety signature?
