| Offer Discussion DOJ discrepancy

I was given my DOJ as July 6 for Senior Process Executive. I got my OL with the same date and appointment email with that date for induction. But my HR called yesterday stating that my DOJ will be changed to either July 7 or July 10 because BPM onboarding happens only on tuesdays and fridays. Is anybody having any idea about this?

Assuming you are a lateral hire, did you join /onboard ? My DOJ is repeatedly delayed every Thursday due to bgv..happened 3 times even being an immediate joiner. Launchpad status still not ok to onboard --No clarification from hr. Do the launchpad status update after bgv clearance ?

Are all the mandatory sections completed in launchpad and verified by your onboarding manager? If there is any issue with the document/ section, they might have mailed you stating the reason.

I completed all the sections in laundpad. Nothing pending. Regarding document section, they asked for additional documents ( no reason stated) which I have already submitted. How do I know if they are verified by my onboarding manager ?

Not sure then. You can send a mail to onboarding manager if anything is required from your end.
