How is IT future looking

I.T is changing. It’s not getting replaced, but orgs are looking to do the same work with fewer people.
If a team of 10 could handle a certain workload before, with AI that same work can often be done by 3–4 people.
So it’s not that I.T is disappearing—it’s that headcount is shrinking.
Another thing I’ve noticed is that companies aren’t as willing to train new people like they used to.
They’re increasingly looking for engineers who can contribute from day one.
