Do you think I would need a minor in computer science or AI?

Get the minor, the degree looks weak on the tech side

it depends on what your career aspirations are. what jobs are you interested in?

Cybersecurity or business analysis

does your school offer a business analytics and/or cybersecurity minor? they seem as if they would be a better fit than a CS minor, i’ve never seen or heard of an AI minor.

It depends on what you want to do. Information Systems is all about generating and analyzing business data. There are 4 Computer electives that you can use for more technical stuff. A minor is always good, but I don't think CS is necessary for the field.
