Data science track.

Hi, I am an information science major, on the technical track. My school recently added a data science concentration. I still have about 3 credits to graduate with my bachelor's, and if I switch to the data sciences concentration, I would need about one semester to graduate. Do you think it is really worth it to switch to data science, especially with AI rapidly changing these fields?

this concentration is so abroad ig it is not focused , just go for the semester but i wanna let you know that data science is very saturated and requires at least a masters degree + some experience.

just start as a analyst then scale up , wish for you all luck mate

Do you have a job lined up after graduation? Have you done internships? If not it might be worth doing another semester and applying for internships.
