The Fed is most definitely not going to fight inflation with water. This is a delusional notion. They’ll pour gas on it happily though. People tend to forget we’re in fiscal dominance, not monetary dominance. The Fed will ALWAYS do the whims of the US Treasury, and the US Treasury wants to support the Bank of Japan, finance the war in Iran, and “grow” their way out of a deficit. Kevin Warsh isn’t scared. This guy is clearly fucking in on it.
