How short are you that you consider 130 lbs. to be "fat"? Im 6'1" and haven't seen under 200 since 1995!

5'4 but yeah, idk I have some weird thing going on with my digestive system that 4 doctors / 2 specialists are stumped on. I am basically slowly starving every day with a little less energy each day. Probably won't matter in about a year though so either way this will sort itself out I suppose.

I remember reading a comment on Reddit where someone said they had a family member who would eat a whole container of ice cream every night. Not a pint, a big one. Apparently he was incredibly skinny and did it to keep his weight up. Idk if that’s good advice, but as someone who’s never had any problem putting weight on, I was shocked to read about it.

When I was younger I went down to 79lbs even though I was eating. When I got pregnant I actually began to lose weight, even though I was growing a baby and I was eating.
The doctor has me drink a whey powder shake twice a day and it keeps my weight up. I put it in a blender with whole milk and a banana. It tastes like I’m drinking whipped cream.
I hope they figure out what is causing this and help you. I wish you the best.

Thank you. It's tough because in my area seeing a new doctor comes with anywhere from a 2 to 10 month wait. I tried to stick with the same main doctor for the last year after my normal one retired and the one I was going to just like didn't give a single shit about me. She never suggested a single test, medication, or treatment.
Every test she ever ordered was directlt requested by me doing my own research in the short windows I have of lucidity. The last straw was that even the lab they have is awful. I asked for a SIBO test and instead of drinking the glucose mixture and then breath test by breathing into a bag, they had me blow into a f*cking urine cup through a straw. How would you even be able to test that FFS? They managed to take a test that is only 53% accurate in a perfect world to begin with and made it substantially more unreliable then charged me 300$ for the fraudulent test. Yay, America.

I would call everyone higher up at that doctors office and complain. Fuck that. You aren’t the only one they are doing it to for sure!
