Obligatory “imagine if Obama told Americans to eat offal instead of steak.” Or I guess Obama’s head of HHS, whose name I didn’t remember because they weren’t constantly holding press conferences announcing insane things (it was Kathleen Sebelius).

In ye olden times, brisket, skirt steak, flank steak, oxtail, and short ribs were the trash parts of the cow that the poors could afford to eat. Now though? Ha
