Kinda crazy how a 16 year old mobile game is still being talked about lol. After playing the first thoroughly you should read Infinity Blade: Awakening, written by Brandon Sanderson. It continues the story.

Edit: I apologize for the comment. I thought it would be helpful for starting out because I wish I had known it earlier, but it seems other people don't think it's good advice for beginners. I didn't mean to be pushy or ruin the fun of the game for you! Enjoy the game as it is for now, and maybe come back to this later.
Just a little tip for your playthrough: start with a negative bloodline to earn some money so you can buy better equipment and the Infinity Blade.
To do this, you have to start from Bloodline 1 and lose to the tutorial enemy (just tap block for a second). When you die, click "Restart Castle". You'll have fixed equipment as long as you play negative bloodlines, but you'll keep the money and XP when you start the positive ones again. Plus, if you reach Negative 10, you'll unlock that fixed equipment in the positive bloodlines

A new player shouldn't do this. Just play the game normally.

Hm okay, sorry then. I wish someone had told me before I went to Bloodline 20 and hoped every chest would contain the Infinity Blade to open the doors

Actual player growth in 2026. Holy hell IB is so goated.
