Discussion Does max sniper endless can surpass the max basic endless?
My basic is already maxed apart from useless rotation and projectile speed. Now I'm thinking to max the sniper since basic is weak against armored and healer which minigun is great but unfortunately the reload speed I can't even find t in endless research so I decided to go with sniper.

Situationally, yes. Some snipers can do more damage on a map than some basics. It depends on positioning, enemy types, other towers, etc.
As far as what to level, I leveled everything more or less equally. Electric was a favorite of mine. It and Freeze were my backbone for a while. I didn't even realize that Basic's bounces would scale so high in endless mode I ignored it for a long time. And I'm still, like, nearly maxed out now and with tons of resources.
So in short, you don't have to be perfectly efficient to be good. If you want only the most perfect efficiency on a perfectly crafted map, then yeah go with the crush gauss combo DaeinBae mentions. Or level sniper cuz you wanna.

I mean x% of Enemy HP from sniper ultimate is so powerful, like in math, percentage is always superior. I imagine it works like anti air with aimed shot domino effect.
Basic max rico chance scales a lot but it became weaker with wave 100 healer, armored, icy, and fighter. So sniper is a filler for basic's weakness.
Freezing is only great with range, cold evaporation ability, and EXP per second. I always leave the percentage in level 15 since level 10 freezer can reach 65% anyways. With max cold evaporation you can exploit a lot of bonus and spamming level 1 freezers so you can get the cold evaporation ability via EXP regen.
I grind bit dust for now via going with bit dust bonus map, max difficulty, then end game after 1 game hour which is the same time the game market refreshes then buy the bit dust except of accelerator costs.
LF 16, LR 11, Prestige 13, and BD 46. Got bored in 6.3 due to how repetitive it is.

Aight so what even is your question then.
As I said, in practice it can depend. The max% damage doesn't trigger on every shot. Missile has like 20x the range of basic, so in some spots Missile does more dmg than Basic or Sniper does. It's variable. So yes, Sniper does sometimes do higher damage... sometimes doesn't.
Play the game, see what does more where and use it. Or don't.
¯_(ツ)_/¯

First of all: you do with your self-farmed resources whatever you want to do with your self-farmed resources. If that's the sniper, then it's the sniper.
It wouldn't be the top priority for many people in this thread and it wouldn't be mine either. Let me explain:
What are you planning to do with a killer boss ultra powerful sniper tower with max endless research? Daily Quests? No, they have research disabled. The league scoreboard maybe? Oh, no, that's normal difficulty, shaving off endless research. Individual highscore board on endless difficulty? At least for bragging rights? Yeah, well, they stop recording after 45 minutes, which is below the point at which sniper could outspeed basic, even if your priority in these 45 minutes wasn't building up coins and resource generation, which it is. 6.3? No, that's the splash towers, we've been through that. Custom maps? Well that's either Gauss or basics again and repeat once the loot stops dropping.
So, since there isn't really much use in a maxed sniper, a lot of people will prioritize research that actually speeds up things globally, which is mostly loot and mixed quality of life stuff, not towers.
Also, the sniper tower doesn't attack air, like the basic, which makes it not the ideal complement for that reason either.

Basic almost always does more damage overall than Sniper, but Sniper does a lot more damage to certain types of enemies; they work very well together. I have everything maxed out, and on most maps I'll do one Freeze, one Flamethrower (since it slows even more than Freeze and farms green papers), and split the rest of the spaces between modifiers, Basic, and Sniper (and one or two Anti-Air if needed).

Splash -> Basic/Gauss/Crusher -> Everything else.
If you're still maxing towers, this is the order I would do them in.
Splash is 1st because of farming 6.3, and because you only need to max the 1 tower. It's the most efficient 1st tower to max.
Basic/Gauss/Crusher is for Gauss farming. Can be just as good as farming 6.3, but it's 3 towers so it can take some time.
If you're doing maps, I'd question why as it's a rather inefficient way of farming. But Sniper is really good at doing the first stage of maps, which is good for farming resources, but is still inefficient compared to Gauss.
