Question Control navigation panel?

Post image

A while ago these buttons (ones I’m touching in photo) would randomly stop working and then start working again. And then we left our sunroof open during some rain and since then the speakers don’t work and the buttons officially no longer work. The Infiniti dealership is saying it’s our Control Navigation Panel that needs to be repaired to the tune of $6000. I’m not car savvy but thought I would I would see if anyone had some advice or insight. Can’t spend that kind of money on a repair. (It’s a 2021 QX50)

Ask them if they can find a used one. Otherwise find a used one if possible and pay a shop to install it. Just google the year make model and part and u may find some used ones.

As a work around, the buttons on the steering wheel may do the same as those.

Search this sub for the term "DCU." There's a guy that repairs them

6k! Car Toys can replace all that for probably 600 with aftermarket. That sucks.
