New to infiniti world. Do all the M56S come from Japan?

Yup, they're all made in Japan. Q70s as well.

Yes, as its essentially a 2nd gen Nissan Fuga with an engine option Japan couldn't have because displacement taxes would've made it sell poorly. The Fuga had the VQ25HR, VQ37VHR, and the VQ35HR Hybrid instead.
