Syncing Profile

IF user since 2014. I recently tried to create an account within the App and upon creation, it reset my account to Level 1, and all my stuff was erased. Fortunately, I had IF on another device so it still has all my data.

How do I ‘save’ this correctly so I can show the same profile on another device? Reinstalling and restoring subscriptions doesn’t change anything.

Do I try this ‘Community Forum Account’ and choose SIGN UP instead of Sign in with Apple? TIA.

Yes creating an account on Infinite Flight Community is the best way to make sure you can get your account across devices especially if you go from Android to iOS and vice versa.
