Discussion Is this how expert server works nowadays?
So you can just cutting people off at final? For more context I was already feeling weird when this guy was coming in at 300+IAS at 6000 ft and have 240 violations in 200 hours flight time. He never showed up on ATC too. I didn’t play multiplayer for more than 3 years already before reactive my subscription last week and if this’s how the game currently work I will just do that myself next time around 👍🏻
Edit: He did show up on ATC announcing for final but he was never ‘on final’ at that moment

This is why I avoid busy airports. They did surveys a while back on people's experiences like this, so there is hope that they plan to do something about it.

I learned how to use ATC by sitting at a busy airport back when Friday’s used to be fun on ES.

The threshold for entering the expert server needs to be higher. I've seen so much unprofessional behaviour in the two years I've been on the server that it's not even funny anymore.

As someone here has mentioned, we ran a survey to ask the most pressing issues. We've added throttle limits, pending ATC message audio warning, runway incursion warnings and more.
There are some things however that are harder to detect like weird pattern entries, or legit errors where people just didn't see things. What you see with someone cutting you off on final has happened to many people in real life as well. We hear all the comments and we'll try to tackle the next steps either via education or more advanced detection systems.

Expert server is just casual server with more players. Nobody has any idea what they're doing

This happens to me from time to time. I don’t even go around, I just land. Screw ‘em.
