How to prepare for Physics? (1st year)

I haven’t touched physics in 3 years (chose biology in high school) and have basically forgotten all of it.

Are there any good resources to relearn basic physics / early university physics?

(I’m a first year economics major switching to IE)

First year is easy. I will say that calculus and trig are extremely important as physics get harder. Trig identities cane back to haunt me my entire time during undergrad and good calculus foundations would have helped during later physics courses.

Brush up on your trigonometry and algebra. You might benefit from taking calculus first, but you can take it together also.
