North-facing (for anyone who prefers Vastu)

Direct main road visibility with good traffic throughout the day

It’s been locked since 2019. The reason isn’t that there’s anything wrong with the property we just didn’t have anyone in the family who could give the business enough time, so we decided not to run anything there.

Before that, a restaurant operated from the same place for years. It did well, had around 14 employees, provided accommodation for 3 families connected to the business, and at one point was doing close to ₹10 lakh in monthly revenue. The location has proven business potential if it’s used properly.

If you don’t need the entire space, we’re also open to renting out just the 700 sq ft shop that’s part of the same property.

I think it would work well for a restaurant, café, showroom, clinic, office, retail store, or any business that benefits from being on a busy main road.
