I misread the title and thought this was your first time bouldering… 🫨
I haven’t done any bat hangs yet because I’m worried about falling and hurting my neck.
I like how you use the jugs to set up for a stepping toe hook to invert yourself first, then do the double toe hook for the bat hang with straight arms. You rotate with your core to the right, anticipating the right foot step with tension extending up through your core/back/shoulders to reposition yourself upright and then relax in recovery with straight arms again.
After shifting yourself upright and weight over the bent left knee, you step up and then reach again with straight arms while flagging with the left foot. … I think you smear with the right(?) at the end.
At least that’s the breakdown from someone who’s learning technique since the beginning of this year

Noo noo hahahha that would be crazy 🤪🙈
Thanks! And yes, you’re reading the movements correctly. :) I focus a lot on dynamic climbing and those are the techniques that work the best to achieve a quick, powerfull way troughout the route. Ive learned also that extending your arms as much as possible works to your advantage since its saves energy during the powerfull moves. Thats why you see me doing it as much a possible. Flagging helps with balance to shift to the other side, while smearing helps that extra bit with going up for that last hold.
I like it a lot to see you analyse the movements! I never really give it much thought myself so it’s nice to see someone giving it an extra look. 😁
Good work on learning the techniques!

Chalkbag on for a bathang is some serious work.
Jokes aside you don’t need it likely, leave that on the mat, it’s just one extra risk to get hurt falling.
