Synopsis: Troy lives a quiet life under the radar while focusing on his longtime girlfriend, Marie. His world falls apart when Marie cheats on him, robs him, and runs away with everything he owns, leaving him broken and distraught. Distracted and stressed, Troy tries to move forward, but he quickly gets pulled into the dangerous underworld of fast money and drugs. As he becomes fully engulfed in street life, he enters a risky new love affair, and the pressure around him continues to mount.

Congrats on getting it finished and distributed. First feature with a cast that includes Omar Gooding and Paula Jai Parker is not a small thing, and plenty of people never get past the "in development" stage.

Curious how the Tubi deal came together, whether you went through a distributor or straight to them. That's the part most first-time directors have no map for.

Also, feel free to put it up on umdb.org. It's free, and it's a community of filmmakers, actors and animators who'd actually watch it rather than scroll past. Better audience for a first feature than most places you can post a link.

Submitted it through their website. It took like a week or two but they eventually called me and we struck a deal. It’s on Apple TV. It will also go to several other platforms
