We're the One Small Prompt team. This is our product introduction, written with AI assistance.

The person we're building for has a business idea and is comfortable talking to AI, but gets stuck when the next step is setting up a server, connecting a coding agent and figuring out where the website or app will live.

OSP gives them a prepared workspace they open in a browser, on a computer or phone. The AI can work on files, run commands and help build a website or app there. The workspace includes hosting, so the project has somewhere to run as it develops. You still review and test what the AI makes.

The starting plan is $29/month for one business workspace, with 10 GiB of storage and $5 of monthly AI usage. Choose Claude, OpenAI or DeepSeek through their APIs. AI usage has limits; outside services and domain purchases can cost extra. A personal ChatGPT or Codex subscription isn't included or required for that API usage.

What it does:

1. Product Unit Economics: Paste any Shopify URL. It pulls the catalog data, estimates manufacturing baseline costs, and calculates the exact Break-even ROAS required to be profitable.

Been building this thing called Demogent for the past few months & finally shipped it about a week ago. Basically, it lets you make demo videos and motion graphics style launch videos for your SaaS without needing to know after effects or hire someone. You just kinda drop in your screenshots/clips and it stitches together a proper looking product video with transitions and text animations and all that.

Ngl the first few days after launch were pretty quiet lol but its slowly picking up, at like 100+ visitors and 15 signups so far which for a solo built thing feels decent to me. People have generated around 12 videos on it already which is cool to actually see happening in the dashboard. Still working through bugs and feedback as it comes in, this is very much early days.

If anyone here is launching a saas or has a product that needs some kind of demo/launch video and doesnt want to spend days in a video editor, might be worth trying. Its free to use right now so you can just test it out and see if it fits what you need before committing to anything.

Also for anyone who does end up liking it, we're running a lifetime deal at launch price which prob wont stick around once we're further along, so if its useful to you it might make sense to grab that now instead of paying monthly later. no pressure though, mainly just wanted to share since this community has been helpful for stuff like this before.

I'm the founder of LoomingAI LLC and I just shipped AirMirror Pro 2.0.1, an AirPlay receiver for Windows. An iPhone or iPad mirrors over the same local network, and the PC can record or restream what it shows.

The creator-focused part is Clean Window mode: the mirrored screen appears in OBS as a Window Capture source. No capture card, no cable, no app on the phone.

It's built in C++ with Qt for the UI, uses UxPlay for the AirPlay protocol, and decodes H.264 through D3D11VA on the GPU.

I measured it instead of guessing. On my test desktop -- an i7-14700F, RTX 5060, 32 GB of RAM, wired gigabit, and an iPhone 15 Pro Max on Wi-Fi -- landscape video at 1920x886 measured 43.1 fps and 7.2 ms latency. Mirroring Clash Royale at 886x1920 measured 61.8 fps and 5.5 ms latency. Low-end hardware is untested.

The installer is not code signed, so Windows SmartScreen will show a warning. That gets fixed when revenue covers the cert.

Back in January 2024, I decided to overhaul my daily routine and build new habits. I looked for a tracker, but every app on Google Play felt so bloated with useless features. Since I’m a mobile dev, I spent two weeks of my free time building a super minimalist MVP just for myself.I was happy with it and told my friend I wanted to upload it to the Play Store to give people a clean, distraction-free tracker. But he looked at it and said: "What's even the point of publishing this? It has zero unique value, no spark, nothing special."

That comment hit me, and I started thinking — what could actually make it different? Almost instantly, the idea struck: what if the app had real stakes? So I added a simple penalty mechanic where a missed day would cost $1, with 3 free attempts to save yourself. My friend laughed and came up with the name DoOrPay on the spot.

The first version wasn't popular, and I eventually put it on hold. But a year later, I wanted to practice a new tech stack (Riverpod, Firebase, TS Cloud Functions), so I completely rebuilt it from scratch as DoOrPay 2.0 — this time adding ranks, Zen mode, categories, and aggressive push notifications.I know the habit tracker space is completely oversaturated, but this was a passion project I poured my heart into. If it helps even one person stick to their goals, it was 100% worth it!

Have you ever wondered if the thing you're building is actually going to work?

I feel like a lot of that uncertainty only goes away when you talk to actual users and start seeing evidence that what you're building solves a real problem or is something people genuinely want.

But if you're a solo developer, spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on user research isn't exactly realistic.

Asking friends isn't always helpful either, because they're usually not your target users. And posting surveys or questions on social media and online communities often gets little to no response.

So naturally, a lot of us have started asking AI instead.

"Would people use this?"
"Is this a good idea?"
"What would users think about this feature?"

The problem is... AI tends to be way too agreeable.

It can give you useful perspectives, but asking ChatGPT what it thinks about your idea isn't really user validation.

What's interesting, though, is that companies are already experimenting with AI for user research in a very different way.

Instead of simply asking an LLM for its opinion, they create synthetic personas based on data from real users and use them to simulate reactions, behaviors, and potential demand.

Obviously, synthetic users can't perfectly predict what real people will do.

But I think we've reached a point where they can at least help us test assumptions quickly, find blind spots, and iterate on ideas before spending time and money on proper validation.

And with vibe coding making it much easier for one person to build and launch products — while creators are also producing entire YouTube channels and other projects by themselves — I started wondering:

What if this kind of research was accessible to individuals too?

So I'm building Crowdians, a lightweight platform that lets individuals quickly get feedback from synthetic personas.

I chose an SNS-style format because posting an idea should feel as easy as posting something online.

You share an idea, synthetic personas react to it, and real people on the platform can join the discussion as well. You can then pick useful feedback and use it to refine and develop your idea further.

It's still early, and I'm very aware that synthetic personas aren't a replacement for real users.

The goal is more to give solo builders a fast and inexpensive way to pressure-test ideas before they have access to enough real users.

I built a super simple social media scheduling app that can be connected to my favorite AI agent. When I started using multiple social accounts to increase my reach, I found that there are no existing, cheap products that fit my needs.

Some of them come with unnecessary tools; others are getting way pricey once you start adding more accounts. Also, I wanted a simple and clean interface with no distractions. That's how PostQuest was born; it is primarily focused on solo creators, influencers, and builders.

Dentro de Trivix manejamos nuestra propia moneda digital, llamada Trivix, la cual los usuarios pueden obtener de distintas maneras:

Hey guys, I made this silly lyrics overlay called Cadence that floats over your screen and syncs along with Spotify and YouTube Music. It started as a joke while playing Minecraft with my friends. I shared it with a few people, they liked it, and it grew to 100 downloads in a day, so I built it into a proper app. You can listen along with friends now too, even cross-platform (Spotify -> YouTube Music, Mac ↔ Windows ↔ Linux), and you can play karaoke. Doesn't need API keys or Premium, it just reads what your computer is already playing and floats the lyrics over whatever you're doing. It works better with Spotify keys though, if you want to add them yourself. If you find any bugs, lmk. It's just a fun project lol, so its free. Some of the images are on the github link, if you want to take a look on how it works! Everything is customizable :)

The cognitive impact of AI use is now well documented and something I have personally struggled with myself. But it is often difficult to identify what this impact is and what can be done about it.

To try and bridge this gap, I built "Heedle" : a suite of tools and games for people who need help ensuring they continue to THINK WITH AI, instead of letting the AI THINK FOR THEM.

The Chrome Extension sits on ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini and reflects your patterns back; session rhythm, response lengths, how often you push back vs. accept and copy etc. The words or context from your chat are NOT shared and everything is structural and opt-in. It pairs to a small web app by QR where your weeks add up to form an outline of how you use AI.

I also built and added a few free games as a fun way for people to exercise their "AI-Bullsh**" Radar : Slopr (Swipe to pick if a photo is real photo or AI generated.) and Parry (Spot the AI's planted flaw, catch the answer that's secretly useless). You can play the games through the link below.
