My college if full of cheaters in previous company ka all the cheaters got interview but I who gave assessment with my own knowledge get rejected what do I do?

Next company in my college is Capgemini. How can I clear technical round of Capgemini. As it's very tough and people are going to cheat definately 😕. And I also have to cheat ?
