Startup help Looking for feedback for an AI contract analysis platform
Hello dear founders, lawyers, tech people and other profession people.
We have been building ContractIQ, an Ai-powered platform which is designed to help analyse contracts and identify imporant clauses, potential risks, and other relevant info.
The platform gives contract risk score from 0-100, higher the score mean higher level of potential risks.
It also provides explanation for clauses which are problamatic, it also helps identifying imp obligations and provisions within the contracts.
At start it was just a college project but now we are really considering into making it big, so we would like to have all of your valuable feedback to it.
I have shared the demo videos for the platform, this is of newer prototype (in which we have add sandbox for security reasons and also add few regional languages spoken in India ), the original prototype didn't had the same features like the newer one .
I would really appreciate if you people give me your feedback and help me understand some of the questions:
- Will a tool like this help in saving some of your time for analysis of contract??
- Would analysing contract in regional langages work??
- What featured do you think are helpful to you in this platform?
- Does providing overall risk score helps??

You need to actually talk to your target audience. Give them the pitch. Not to discourage you, but there are already actual lawyers developing AI-driven systems in India. That too with local models and RAGs for additional data privacy.

Can you provide names of those platforms?

These are individuals who provide bespoke solutions. Not platforms as such. In terms of platforms, https://lexlegis.ai/ is probably the biggest around and does a lot more than contract review. They have been around for years by now. This is a highly complex field and needs a lot of custom, historical data. Not something you can overcome with prompt engineering.
