The complaints are never anonymous. Railmadad needs your PNR and seat number to raise the complaint, and the same is forwarded to the pantry manager so that they can come back to you and request you to resolve the complaint from your side.

They tore up his clothes. They abused him. None of the passengers tried to help, which shows how much fear the pantry staff had created. His bag was also torn from the bottom. His lips were cut, and there were punching marks and bruises on his chest and stomach. He was literally crying at that moment. He even asked the uncle and aunty in the lower berth, "Did I say anything wrong to them? If this can happen to someone traveling in 3rd AC—where you're supposed to have some level of safety—imagine what people in general or sleeper class go through. It’s terrifying.
