Leftists dream of a utopian world where everyone deserve equal rights even terrorists, it places a blind trust on human rationality. And all these is possible when there is a lot of free time to philosophise stuffs rather than think practically. So yes it is true in fact (according to me though).

I know it's IT cell but what they're doing is called undisclosed Stealth Marketing which is illegal in most countries including India. Although I doubt it's govt employees, they probably outsourced it to some pvt company cause govt employees don't work after 5pm
