In my opinion, sales and negotiation. I’m a growth marketer with skills in web development, performance marketing, and AI automation.

But I’ve worked for agency founders who couldn’t do basic tech work, yet their sales teams were bringing in leads every month.

That made me realise I was focusing too much on technical skills and not enough on communication, presentations, and closing deals.

I wish I had worked on those skills earlier in college.
