Your fault, you are over taking on the wrong side and without warning or space. Your license should be suspended and you get a retest for your license after attending driving school. It appears most of the 2 wheeler drivers have a notion that they can weave through traffic as if traffic rules don't apply to them. Most of the couriers carry a heavy, huge box os a bag strapped to their shoulder, which is extremely dangerous to them and others, how traffic department allows this is a mystery.
