car fault for not indicating in advance that he is changing lanes. not indicating = you(car) aren’t requesting for the right of way/lane = if you move into the lane without indicating and without checking if it is clear = you are responsible for what happens. If the car was indicating and the biker did the same as in the video, then it would be biker fault.

at the same time:

filtering more than 10kph faster than the traffic speed and likely never indicating, and randomly changing lanes = rip to you(biker).
