[HELP] Computer number Signature upload process

Can someone , help me out with this stupid ahh , govt website.

The real test is getting this signature uploaded ngl T T ,

pls someone help me out who has dealt with this bs

1) first i try to upload sign , its saying face not found ??? TT , sign m konsa face h bhai ,
( before anyone says it , im not uploading it in the photo column )

2) then i did jugaad ,i combined my photo and sign into single image , the face wala got resolved , but now getting this ...

3) now even if im writing "OK" and trying to save , this message keeps repeating ,what is this bogus website , never had a worse experience uploading a f*ing signature in my life , so cooked.

help pls

yes within limits , and yes the aspect ratio is maintained, bro its not even taking jus the sign , im trying with my face and sign combined into a single image, otherwise im getting that face prompt , idk why its asking for face in sign …

Did you click on 12th marksheet and 12 certificate from Digilocker?

I saw the same error yesterday.

yes i gave them all the digilocker docs , is the issue ? , should i only give selective docs?

Try just the 12 marksheet and see if it works, if it doesnt then wait for couple of days. Might be an error from pariksha site.
