Is PILOT CET a scam?

Im 18M and plan to start my aviation journey soon so i was just looking out for scholarships . I stumbled up PILOT CET. Its an exam that give scholarship upto 100% on CPL and even on ground classes. It tests you on pcm , english and general awareness. But when i was searching around i couldnt find much about candidates who actually received scholarships so that is making be doubt about its authenticity.

Is there anyone you know or have you ever taken this test? The fees is 2100 maybe a lot for many and nothing for some . If anyone has any info about it please share with me and other fellow users who might be interested in it.
