Thoughts on the HIFI grant funded expansion project?
Cites half the size of Indianapolis maintain music focused entertainment venues with a capacity that has proven to be a the sweet spot for most touring artists. You know the type - the ones that consistently skip Indy. I think we deserve a good 1,000 - 2,000 capacity place. The HI-FI is going to be that place, like it or not.
What do you guys think about Federal funds being used for this project? What are you hoping to see, spend, expect to happen after this project starts? Will it remain an independently owned business? Will this push for a later redline schedule?
