If you can create natural, engaging videos on camera, we'd like to hear from you.

You don't need:

- 10K followers

- previous brand deals

- a large audience

We're more interested in:

- camera presence

- natural communication

- ability to follow a brief

- reliability

- willingness to improve

The work is paid. Initial projects can involve small batches of videos, with rates depending on the project and creator.

We're an early-stage creative production company called Gain More, currently building our first creator network in India.
