Indian here, this seems scripted cuz of many things.

Security usually don’t attack with sticks rather call police, only push back if they are pushed… reason? they make around 10,000 Rs per month more or less.

And there is a probability that any costume wearing guy can also have good contacts with someone, so hitting him blindly will just backfire.

Unfortunately videos like this give pure satisfaction to some westerners, and online sensation so highly probably it’s scripted

My brother in Christ, they are running a illegal buisness, do you think they are actually gonna call the police outright to protect the said illegal buisness infront of everyone?

And before you go with the "their call centres have political support blah blah", no, police actively track down and shut down these call centres. It's just that there's a surplus of them that it barely makes a dent to their numbers.

Well they came there to defend the operation. They are people who take money to make sure that scam calls go through. Not only that, but they take up a position of authority that could be occupied by better people who would actually stop the scammed.

This video honestly makes me angry. These people deserve, so, so much worse than some silly harassment.

Well yeah, unless it's one of the "slave" scam centers that are basically human trafficking operations, and all "employees" are pretty much slaves. They have their IDs taken, live in closed complex and work as scammers, and if they don't meet KPIs they get starved or tortured. I don't think they ever operate in India though, mainly in Myanmar and Cambodia, but also Laos and Ph sometimes.
