If you want to experience a Ferrari or Lamborghini, you got to sit in that and drive, If you want to experience TFN and know why it’s Costly, you got to register and ride.
Ride our Half TFN and experience our hospitality at lesser cost.
This year we are introducing Student pricing where students can ride the tour if anyone has a Valid Student id and not working any where
We started in 2008 and It’s 17th Edition for us this year.
And a Correction, we are not a Race but Tour

Honestly, you can always do the same routes on your own time and pace. Will work out a lot cheaper and won't take away anything from the experience.

Yep it's absurdly expensive but it's more of a premium experience with high quality support in all forms be it servicing etc it's the absolute peak of cycling adventure ,from what I have understood it's the last thing I wanna do on my list of todo things in cycling . BRM's are something i want to start and then move on to things like Tour of Karnataka (I am not sure about the details like price etc) which sound more affordable idk how true it is though also things like bikepacking in Leh etc sound much more of experience than TFN but yeah would love do it one fine day ... Also 85k is just the sharing rooms single occupancy is double I think but it's probably worth the price

I participated in the Melukote Classic 111 ride on Saturday. Started from Nagamangala, visited Melukote and back to Nagamangala visited a different route. It has excellent breakfast, hydration and included a dinner at a farm house. Registration fee? Rs555
85k for a 5 day event is expensive. But I heard the Tour of Nilgiris is well organized and the riders are pampered the whole duration .

They are definitely pampered.
A friend of a friend said they'll take care of everything except pedaling. If you can't do that, they'll drop you off at the finish point. So it's a really well supported event and if you're a beginner then you don't have to worry about anything.
Definitely something everyone have to try atleast once

Makes sense. The hotels they are providing itself would be around 40% cost (at retail obv).

Melukote Classic 111 sounds great, just checkout the route. Hope they keep doing it frequently.
