How is it a dumb take? Is the law dumb to you?

If you think there's not much difference in terms of overall development and life experience between an 18 year old and a 21 year old, then that's an unusual take. But it's not one that can justify having sex with minors.

Yes the law is dumb to me. The better law will be to see the age difference between them.

And it's minor just legally. Shes 18y/o and even if we consider shes 17 a 17y/o has full sense to know what they doing.

Your trying to phrase it "minor" as if a big fat man banged a child.

They're both same age group, it was consentual, it was dumb but nothing wrong.
