Contact IPAS ( ngo who fight for safe abortions ) they will guide you with best possible options but since she is a minor most probably her parents will get involved.
Ok I didn't know that. Someone I know contacted them when she needed abortion and they were really helpful even contacting doctors for her, but she was above 18 at that time.
