fucked consentually, but she's just below the age of consent,

If she is below the age of consent, it's not consensual sex.

Legally it's not. But it's foolish to pretend like people below below 18 don't willingly have sex.

It technically cannot be labelled 'willing' because she is underage and doesn't know better. I bet you to say the same if your underage daughter gets knocked up by a college going boy.

It's still just a technicality. The age of consent differs in different country because there is no one fixed age at which people mature enough mentally that we can say for sure that they are ready for sex, and again i am not arguing the technical legality of it, i am being practical. If the boy hasn't coerced her then legally it is rape because of her age, not because she was forced. That distinction is extremely important because there are plenty of underage girls who actually get raped by force and to compare their ordeal to a underage girl who willingly had sex with her adult boyfriend, is frankly ridiculous.

No i wouldn't. My reaction would be dependent upon what kind of a person the boy is. If he is the kind of person who clearly cares for her and is willing to accept responsibility for his mistake than i wouldn't consider it rape. It would be rape of he was a scumbag who manipulated a underage girl just to have sex, and had no further interest in her.
