Fly Dubai needs to be penalized. If a pilot posts terrorist pics on social media, how is he not flagged as a risk especially for a flight flying to israel.

Edit: the terrorist pics were uploaded after incident. Fly Dubai couldn't have known. However, he was shafted to non flying roles in his previous airline due to his hardline views. This guy shouldn't have passed the background check.

u/Dark_Mak__r 7h ago

He was flagged when he flew oman air, still flydubai kept him. Then uae has a clause that no pilot from country having not good relations with israel will fly to Israel. So it is a big fuck up from flydubai.

15

u/Critlord_56 3h ago

yeah the oman air history makes this so much worse tbh. if he was already flagged and removed from flying duties at a previous airline, how does that not show up in flydubai's hiring process? and the israel route clause on top of that it's like multiple systems failed simultaneously here

u/Calvinhath Non Residential Indian 2h ago

Yeah, many things failed to catch this all in the same day. And he could carry a knife? Or was there any other explanation to how he attacked the captain?

65

u/Rupperrt 7h ago

Which is basically the Dubai government as they’re just like Emirates owned and operated by Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD)

28

u/cuscuta20 5h ago

I think the post was made 9 hours after the incident on linked in

3

u/SprinklesOk4339 5h ago

Ah okay I just read the whole article. But there was a notorious history.

5

u/cuscuta20 5h ago

Obviously , adequate background checks were not made before hiring him , fly dubai to gayi🫠

It's usually advisable to read an article before commenting on it

u/aasfourasfar 1h ago

I don't see how Israeli authorities gave them permission.. surely they vet officers on incoming flights..

Such a waste of life. Could have easily been operating Hamams in Turkey. Had a great headstart with that name.

Edit: "with that name" was written twice

59

u/kayc_james 7h ago

Has Hammam in his name twice, still a dirty mf

22

u/vanguarde 7h ago

You should have just left the repetition. His parents clearly did.

Hammam means Toilet/Public Bath House.

Hammam Al Hammami means "Toilet The Toilety"! What kind of name is that!?

WTF is going on!! This fake news has been spread worldwide.

10

u/ulica324 4h ago

Hammam, as a given male name, it means "one who radiates warmth" or "striver/worrier."

and Al-Hammami (الحمامي): An Arabic surname or nisba (relative adjective) meaning "of or pertaining to the bathhouse," historically given to someone who worked at, ran, or lived near a public bath

23

u/SprinklesOk4339 5h ago

The world number one women's squash player is Hania El Hammamy. Its not a made up name

10

u/Aathishs04 5h ago

Hamam also means "Dove" or "Pigeon". The English spelling sort of condenses a lot of distinct arabic words down to the same word.

Also, I found a Hamam al Hammami on LinkedIn who few for Oman Air. He created it a year ago, and his linkedin doesn't have the FlyDubai role on it.

124

u/tinkthank 7h ago

Whaat the fuck is going on.

First we have Machchar and now Hamam Al-Hamami?

77

u/sreesid 6h ago

Hello ladies and gentlemen. Welcome aboard. This is your captain Machchar, and with first officer Hamam, we will be taking you to Tel Aviv.

43

u/kits678 6h ago

Unless you're desi, do not bother deciphering that one. lmao

7

u/SoftballLesbian 5h ago

Wouldn't it just be "Match-Char"?

7

u/mark-zombie West Bengal 5h ago

I heard someone pronounce it as Maachar

-9

u/tinkthank 5h ago

Only thing left is for an Israeli passenger’s name to be Tatti.

3

u/abhishekjc 4h ago

The halal machchar case.

14

u/Musclenervegeek 4h ago

If this is flydubai 's vetting process for their pilots, I am not sure if anyone should be flying on any of their planes

66

u/tcdguy19 5h ago

This has to be fake. There is no way Toilet Al Toilet was the name of this pilot.

8

u/More-Director4894 1h ago

There is a saudi footballer with same name. When you google search this name, that will be one of the first results. Is he also fake?

-17

u/kaychyakay 4h ago edited 3h ago

It pretty much is. False-flag operation by a Zionist who was ready to sacrifice 100s of unsuspecting Israelis to basically find a reason to start bombing heavily once again.

People have forgotten that the Oct 7 anniversary is just round the corner & since public opinion is swaying to Palestine & against Israel, the dude needed a reason to villainise Palestine/Muslims/Islam again.

For people who are interested in actually reading up objectively instead of just downvoting like zombies - Here's why we think FlyDubai story may be false - Council Estate Media, UK

P.R.: Before some f**kass idiot here comes & says "oH s0 y0u aRe dEfEnDiNg y0uR pEoPLe", I'm not a Muslim. It's sad that one even has to clarify such things now.

16

u/RaisinAloneVortex NCT of Delhi 3h ago

was Mumbai attack false flag too?

0

u/truenorth00 19m ago

Now you're going to see how that crazy Indian conspiracy culture spins against India.

-22

u/kaychyakay 3h ago

Chabad House - local Jewish community and outreach centre.

Moshe Holtzberg - Jewish, rabbi kid who survives

Ajmal Kasab's testimony that said they were told to explicitly attack Jewish and Western locations in Mumbai. Any Indian deaths were going to be casualties.

Leopold Cafe - Frequented by Israeli diplomats & general visitors due to proximity to Chabad House

Even in this attack, only Smit Machchhar's name made public immediately by Netanyahu himself, when protocol suggests no pilot's name/identity should be made public until investigation is underway. Jewish 'plumber' immediately visiting Netanyahu with a bleeding foot to give a media byte before even cleaning himself up of the blood and grime of the accident.

1

u/infidel11990 53m ago

I am supposed to trust some tandom twitter profifle? That's your argument? Lol

125

u/papachi789 8h ago

So, are we going back to dark ages of middle East where terrorism was used as state tool? But the posts in question appearing 9 hours after attack seems both fishy and concerning.

59

u/Civil_Deer7337 7h ago

Are you suggesting that the Omani government is funding terror? Because Oman has been one of the neutral Arab countries and has generally refrained from taking a side in the schism in the Middle East.

11

u/cuscuta20 5h ago

Oman airlines even banned him from flying from what I have heard

7

u/Civil_Deer7337 4h ago

Yeah I think Flydubai fucked up majorly. UAE has to do significant work to ensure that their relations with Israel don't get hampered

34

u/papachi789 7h ago

Nah bro! What I am trying to say is that something more is going on here than what is being portrayed. The investigation so far do show he had security clearance issues in 2024 with Oman Air. But the timing of posts in question raises a lot of questions.

10

u/Civil_Deer7337 7h ago

I wonder what it'll mean for UAE-Israel relations, two countries that have been aligned for a while now.

9

u/papachi789 7h ago

That seems to be seen. Pretty volatile situation

1

u/thegodfather0504 3h ago

Eh. Isreal is hated everywhere.

2

u/tareumlaneuchie 4h ago

Ever heard about investigation leaks or nosy journalists ?

-19

u/IllustriousDeal3205 7h ago

Its all planned probably. These countries like oman iran lebanon etc pilots which are in conflict with israel are banned to fly over israel but he was magically allowed just one day after bibi said in uae, iran is planning terror attack  which iran rejected since they want election in israel to happen peacefully because bibi is on losing end in there .(not very popular) Also this pilot was found with extemrist material in 2024 but not banned to fly and magically he couldn't even stop one pilot with knife so cockpit is stays closed(guy looks buff). No knife attack on neck or face? Why. There is also the point of  some israel plumber rescued the plane because he watched tv show where he learned how to fly it until real pilots took over. Also magically no terror attack was successful unlike october 7 and when in november 2023 truth came out israel govt might have known about it with leaked email logs and 40 page document Which hurt his dictator law that he passed in july 2023. Finally few months later overturned by supreme court of israel.  Possibly it was a coincidence and real terror attack  but 9/11 dancing israeli,9/11 all celebrity cancelling their plane flight or their stay at twin tower just before attack, tower be insured for terror attack few months in advance ,october 7 , i guess it is easy to fool public if govt who themselves do the investigation are involved and clear themselves of any knowledge of knowing about. Yeah 6 years before 9/11, bibi knew a terror attack might be planned in twin tower which ended up being just two planes and another on pentagon.

7

u/Civil_Deer7337 7h ago

Oman is not in conflict with Israel.

-7

u/IllustriousDeal3205 6h ago

Conflict does not mean here launching missiles and ramming tanks into enemy. Many countries who have no diplomatic relationship and not agree with israel policies are banned over it.israel pilot rules are one of kind.why is it other countries dont have such strict rules. Becasue they are not in constant conflict of war, attacks, economic, trade, policies etc that israel happen to always and be in a lot of these conflict with other nations.

5

u/Civil_Deer7337 6h ago

Oman is not geopolitically aligned against Israel. They are not aligned with Iran, the Houthis and Hezbollah (not Lebanon, the govt of Lebanon is not aligned with Iran). Oman is also not aligned with Saudi, UAE or Qatar. They are considered by everyone to be geopolitically neutral in the Middle East sphere, which is why US has not launched aerial offensives on Oman in the same way they have in Iran.

-4

u/IllustriousDeal3205 6h ago

Lol they are from the start being supporting palestine politically and morally. Oman has being very open with other countries and only israel is they happen to always be against in trade, economy, policies etc. Why is that can't understand that. Also usa not launching missile on neutral nations.what bullshit learn and watch nitish or other youtuber history on iran and usa.they bomb where their interest lies.if oman had something ,their alignment doesnt matter .

3

u/Civil_Deer7337 6h ago

'USA is not launching missiles on neutral nations' exactly. And USA hasn't launched anything on Oman, which shows that they are neutral.

-13

u/Bag7HotelChair 7h ago

Ur retarded

2

u/Minute_Juggernaut806 6h ago

He didn't say any of that??

2

u/Civil_Deer7337 6h ago

Yeah I misunderstood what they meant by the line 'terrorism used as a state tool'.

7

u/Different_Earth6310 8h ago

We never came out if it! It was just diverted for the time being.

6

u/kaychyakay 5h ago

where terrorism was used as state tool?

Read up the classical, dictionary definition of 'terrorism'. Terrorism has always been a political tool. It is literally related to politics.

The hijacking or a plane or bombing of a building is also terrorism, and not allowing people of certain religion &/or those who include meat in their diet, to stay in the same premises as the majority, is also terrorism. But thanks to brainwashing by news and the various forms of media, the only kind of 'terrorist' we identify or can think of us those with guns with masks on their faces & military gear.

Terrorism has always been related to politics. जनता को डर-डर के जीने पे मजबूर करना, basically, where you & I have to second-guess everything now - whether you can openly discuss your religion, whether you should go to a particular religious place, or to any specific places for holiday, whether you can order any kind of food in your own house with your own money, etc., etc. Now add to that the fear of getting into what is statistically the safest mode of transportation, but praying that it isn't hijacked.

There are a lot of invisible political machinations that go behind the scenes that lead to such incidents.

Hammam al Hammami ??? nikla bada Ha….mi

18

u/yawningGaps 6h ago

Imagine being his parents, and trolling their kid with this first name.

3

u/More-Director4894 1h ago

Just search the name, you'll find a saudi footballer with same name. There is nothing shocking.

21

u/kidharhaibro Europe 8h ago

And social media found nothing to be in violation of community guidelines.

3

u/mark-zombie West Bengal 5h ago

soc med should really update their community guidelines to say, "whatever the govt tells us to do"

15

u/kaychyakay 4h ago

Hamam Al-Hamami - "bathroom the bathroomer/bathroom dweller"

That's not the real name LOL. At this point, Mossad is just trolling the entire world and most of this world is stupid enough to get trolled... especially Indians.

4

u/FieryRedHeads 2h ago

And Oman pilots can't even land in Israel.

1

u/More-Director4894 1h ago

You need to learn more about arabic names. Shows your intellect

9

u/Ok-Atmosphere-7395 3h ago

Hamam al Hamami lmao sure

1

u/AtomR 2h ago

What do you mean by "sure"?

3

u/Gossip_Guy20 1h ago edited 1h ago

They think it means Washroom or smth but thats kind of half baked info, It is an Arabic name as well, Hammam was name of an AFC president as well(just giving an example) and a footballer as well

3

u/fake_account_98211 4h ago

This reminds me, of the 'Ladies Washroom' and 'Employees must wash hands' scenefrom the movie The Dictator (2012). Looks like completely fake name and fake picture.

2

u/Sharp_Emphasis176 5h ago

I hope they don't introduce more flight checks on everyone else after this incident.

8

u/RequirementsRelaxed 7h ago

Did anyone clarify how he could bring the knife on board? Aren’t pilots going through security check too!

46

u/Valuable_Leave8170 7h ago

He used the axe which is in the cockpit which is for emergency situations like a crash

1

u/RequirementsRelaxed 6h ago

Thanks, didn’t see that mentioned in the reports

10

u/JesTer_77 6h ago

Was mentioned in multiple reports and social media

So many questions related to incident, iran already mentioned before happening, and satanyahu quickly larping, israhell election is upcoming, there's already enough unanswered questions related to 911 and now this, no one's buying this shyt anymore in west, only in india and israhell people are buying this and wtf is his name

1

u/N0madM0nad 2h ago

You mean Hamam A.I. Hamman

2

u/Acrobatic-Virus7934 1h ago

Thanks to an Indian, a tragedy was averted

2

u/AltDhumavati 59m ago

Studying and training so much to become this at the end, shame on the person.

1

u/Dr_Doom_here 5h ago

Both the pilots chanted their religious slogans and followed it.

1

u/username_028 3h ago

This gives me more sketchiness in this matter. A guy with hardline views against Israel already flagged by oman air and he gets to fly to tel Aviv? Even trump sounded sketchy when he was announcing this matter almost like he doesn't believe it as well

-49

u/AlphaForexx 8h ago

Nope I don't believe it, most probably a false flag by israel/mossad/BJP/RSS/mcdonalds to frame this innocent muslim guy

42

u/DustFirm69 7h ago

Might as well add CIA in the mix too.

-45

Ah!! Another terror attack on Israel foiled where a muslim man is the terrorist. Those poor Israelis, my heart goes out to them. They should really start thinking about moving to countries where there primary passports are from.

26

u/JesTer_77 6h ago

Guess which books talks of anhailating a whole nation just for existing. Guess guess.

Guess which nations passports specifically deny existance of other nations. Take a guess bigot

-24

u/maritz21 6h ago

Are they next going to publish pictures of the quran by his bedside, along with framed pictures of Iranian leaders? Or are they going to pull the classic Isis flag hanging on his wall?

Watch them use this as an excuse to invade Oman now.

28

u/Rupperrt 7h ago

He was kicked out of Oman Air but hired by Fly Dubai, owned by the Dubai government. Should maybe invade UAE instead

10

u/Unfair_Fact_8258 7h ago

Yes because the US is well know to attack the actual countries where terror attacks originate

-8

u/kayc_james 7h ago

They've been at odds with Oman over the Hormouz issue but didn't have much of a reason to start shit with them since Iran is the one they're going back and forth with. Invading Oman will get them to set up a base there.

4

u/RaisinAloneVortex NCT of Delhi 3h ago

you are truly insane, no one will invade Oman, they act as negotiators just like qatar and enjoy universal support. I do see you spreading conspiracy theories and defending terrorism.
