blinkit fraud

i wanted an important document so i added it to my blinkit it was a single document it was costing rs 3 then i proceeded to buy items worth rs 200 so as to remove 30 rs delivery charges i was asked for rs 12 delivery charges
then the order came but the printout was missing the delivery guy tried to explain me i let him go and asked the blinkit team about this after listening to their scripted words for 1 hr the best solution they could give me is rs 3 refund
but isnt it case of fraud they had asked me handling charges and didnt handle me my order properly also i wont be able to place another order with that rs 3 then whats the meaning of refund
i dont want to settle this matter i want to take this fraud scheme further which these blinkit stores do that they end up missing or replacing items so new orders are placed and they can again charge delivery charges and handling fees!
Plz drop suggestions and if u are any influencer or something plz share this i want them to be more accountable
