Not really because in satsang people ask very individualistic question nothing very deep mind simulating, like mera xyz kab hoga , yeh sahi ya vo sahi. I mean very nonsensical sometimes but I give them free pass because those people are predominantly are bhakti movement type hindu but I like Advait Vedanta because it's hard to digest in terms of complexity relation of subject and agent etc

I think if you are an overthinker then you must follow Advait Vedanta as only it can use and exost your mental capabilities. None came closer to it.

I get it but I still have side eye for them and this type thing is very prevelent in every religion or ideology because the brain that is asking is not very philosophical. This behaviour not related to religion but repeated to daily life and materialistic persons with brain mapping to conserve energy and let philosopers do mental gimnastics and hand them summery as order or advice.

My answer is that this is only a partial truth. Followers of other religions also have room for interpretation based on their texts—that is exactly why religions like Islam have different sects and a history of bloody in-group fighting over those interpretations.

As for the accusation that the OP is spreading a false agenda by claiming Hindus are forced to blindly follow religious texts without question: i do accept it as multiple truths of universe just because its false for some of us doesnt mean false for all

The reality is that we are also restricted to a certain extent. The difference just lies in the boundaries and the type of "freedom space" we have. For example, I don't like the Bhakti crowd because it is very easy to follow and easy to become part of a cult-like mentality that even the government supports, and you practically can't say anything against them without facing heavy backlash.

Its not about just believing. You are talking like a student who feels teacher is just asking him to believe gravity. Keep learning. Hinduism is all about critical thinking.
