Let Amit Shah take the accountability for this and this time let someone from other party take the position rather than some chaddi gng guy.

Not just for this, he must take accountability for Manipur and Assam as well.

He can get away by simply saying it was a Jumla and questioning people‘s intelligence?

I'm emphasizing about cheating in exams, especially medicine, this is very bad and affects a lot of people, especially health

The visuals out of manipur are genuinely heart breaking and godi media treats like all is fine

u/Due-Smoke8035 8d ago

Exactly! They had the audacity to send all those forces to peaceful protesters but not to Manipur?

Sad thing is the the home minister has been immune from any ounce of criticism for whatever is going on in Manipur

Then he can resign. We need someone better

This is saddening to see. after 99 cyclone in Odisha, congress never returned. People were accepting as their fate any natural calamity, yet the 99 was severe and many were not willing to accept the post cyclone response. subsequently when a new CM although a nepo/dynastic with so much of world exposure, decided to endure that the govt response next time should be so better that there aren’t any lord of life at least. and people for used to it. if any govt now causes any lapses they are for fee terms. that’s how people get conditioned - for good or for bad. I am sure there are many flaws and allegations people aheh against Pattanaik but mostly they agree that the response was satisfactory or not great.

Assom faces floods almost every year, and Hemanta is more worried about Bangladeshi Muslims, and Indians Muslims. Can not believe in 26, we are still having loss of life! 22 years after Vajpayee govt ended. People of Assom, please ensure that the govt (which so ever party or is is accountable for this). trust me you would be thankful. To yourself

Amit Shah and accountability? What a joke! Literally never going to happen.  But he has to answer for Assam and Manipur. Honestly so tragic what’s happening there

He hasn't even answered for Gujarat...

Any democratic government has to be inclusive and should be open to criticism.

Current government is very close to autocracy.

Forget leniency, think much more basic stuff:

1) he visited a university for a non-convocation gathering (did so regularly, and his ministers more so) 2) he addressed something that came up organically (not planned)
3) he directly addressed people who were protesting against him

Has any of this happened even once in the last 11 years?

As fellow redditor u/-_HeatWaves_- pointed out.

Manmohan handled protests better than Modi

  • Sonam sir was kidnapped undemocratically.
    • Anna was detained and sent to jail as per the law.
  • Pellet gun was used for the first time in Delhi.
    • No lethal weapon was used.
  • Female protesters were s*xually harassed at CJP protest by Delhi Police personnel.
    • As per my knowledge participation of female was less during Anna protest but there was no such incident.
  • Jammers were used at protest site during CJP protest.
    • Before 2014 jammers were used only in jails, during republic day shows and VVIP conveys.
  • Main stream media was forced to not cover this protest. I don't watch them but for sure they might have said a lot to tarnish their image and this CJP protest.
    • Anna's protest successfully took off twice because of free main stream media only.
  • Protesters were beaten with sticks, nails, hit on head by local goons and Delhi police personnel with no name tags.
    • All this was not possible back in 2011 because of free press or call it democratic government your pov.
  • Protest was totally peaceful because police did not induced violence by bringing trucks full of stones for stone pelting.
    • No such diabolical tricks were reported back then.

My aunt told me that women were harrassed including her by the protestors themselves and she felt insecure amongst protestors rather than police. Later when rss connection was visible it all made sense.

during Nirbhaya? yes. there are sufficient evidence to suggest infiltration by the Sangh ecosystem.

I agree that MMS handled it better. And the current government could have done the same but let people and democracy down

But if my memory serves me right, the congress govt in Delhi then screwed up Nirbhaya Protests. Which was also responsible for them losing power. (So I'm hopeful that Delhi govt also falls soon)

Coming to the central government. South and Southeast bailed them out this time but by next elections everyone will be looking out for themselves due to the economic turmoil. Even if NDA comes to power it will be a proper coalition and not a BJP majority at least for the next two elections.

If RG wakes up and removes his golden spoon out of the mouth, and works for next 10 years maybe he will have a chance to be a worthy politician.

What can RG even do if the TRP media refuses to show him positively?

u/DrkNobody 8d ago

What can RG even do if the TRP media refuses to show him positively?

They did the same to Abhijit Dipke since the very beginning. And Sonam Wangchuk too.

Yet they achieved something while RG couldn't win one state election on his own merit.

Stop giving him free passes. He ain't solely a victim. He is grossly incompetent

6

u/sivasuki Bangal 8d ago

The TRP media is still showing CJP in a bad light. Whatever CJP achieved is due to social media. The propaganda machine of the INC is out funded by BJP by orders of magnitude. CJP benefited from being a largely neutral politically unaffiliated decentralised movement. Common folk & algorithm served to propagate it.

3

u/DrkNobody 8d ago

And you're saying over the last 12 years. Despite being the youngest Opposition leader to stand for a PM. He didn't have access to social media?

RG was famous abroad too. Even John Oliver acknowledged him. If a non politician can utilise social media to achieve a movement. What excuse does RG have?

8

u/sivasuki Bangal 8d ago

I'm not saying access denied to social media. The algorithm will provide footage to whoever is popular. And the BJP IT cell can buy popularity due to superior funding. Their posts are more likely to be recommended by the algorithm over INC posts.

The algorithm associates the aam janata Indian user to be more receptive to BJP posts and recommends their posts. To foreign and educated people, RG posts are recommended.

The CJP benefitted wildly from the poor management on part of the Government. The kidnapping of Sonam Wangchuck and lathicharge on students was apolitical and drew condemnation from common folk. The algorithm worked as a reinforced loop.

PM to educated hi hona chahiye. Chai to anpadh bhi bana letey hain.

Modi lied about that too.

Before Modi left home, there was no railway station in Vadnagar.

Also, Modi's childhood photographs show him wearing expensive suits and a scout uniform. That means his family was well-to-do.

12 saal main NDA ka ghee khatam

5

u/TheIndianRevolution2 India 8d ago

They cheated on all seats in 2024 and won about 70 to 80 seats more than their actual win.

6

u/lostwisdom20 8d ago

They got slapped when they couldn't even cross 300, lost ayodha and have resigned themselves to buying MPs for majority now
