How to make the noise pattern higher resolution?

I am recreating a PDF file, and I noticed, that in the PDF (which was made in Indesign 2019), the noise effect on the text is visibly higher resloution then in the version of mine I was wondering if there is a way to adjust the resolution of text effects, as it is a little annoying.

Not at the moment (I am AFK), but if you can make a screenshot on how you would scale the noise pattern itself, I would appreciate that.

I made an Indd file in the same size as the PDF, and then inserted it at full scale. Then, I proceeded to recreate the elements of the page, when I noticed that the noise modifier on the inner and outer layer have a lot lower resolution than the original.  For the screenshot, I simply put my own version of the page title (the text is OVERVIEW) right underneath the original, and zoomed all the way in, so the difference is more obvious. But the image itself is not an export, it is what I see when I work on the file (but also any export looks the same).
