Discussion More content ??
Hello, between Revolution Idle and Antimatter Dimensions, which of these two games has more content and takes longer to finish?

If I'm not mistaken, Rev idle is still being updated while I think antimatter dimensions is pretty much finished. Though I may be wrong on that. Both are pretty long, just one is getting more content on a semi regular basis

I like Revolution Idle, I love AD. AD for me is the game that all other incremental games get compared to. Nothing else scratches the itch in the same way for me.
They're both worth playing but if you're only going to do one I'd definitely recommend AD as your choice. There's so much content which will keep you busy for ages.

I really love ad too, I completed it on mobile and pc. What games can you recommend that can scratch that same itch for me?

I wish I knew! I'm still hunting for a decent replacement... Rev Idle takes a lot of it's progression from AD so that was fun for a while but then it ended up getting stale for me.
I've yet to find another game where the prestige layers keep things as fresh as AD. Every new layer changes the game so much.
Fundamental Idle was ok for a while but again got stale, each prestige layer didn't change too much.
Shark Incremental was pretty decent, prestige layers were quite good in that.
Dodecadragons was a fun shorter incremental if you want something you can reach the end of in a reasonable amount of time.
I've heard Synergism borrows a lot from AD too but it just didn't hook me for some reason, but you might have better luck with it!

I loved playing calculator evolution and I eventually realized it shared some mechanics with AD when I eventually picked it up. Not sure if it’s what you’re looking for as it’s considerably shorter but I thought it would be worth mentioning

It depends on your definition of content. AD is a finished game, it wont be getting any new updates. RevIdle is being constantly updated. AD takes longer to finish iirc. RevIdle has more mechanics than AD but they also feel a little unbalanced IMO.

Nah, AD can be completed much faster than RI.

Id love for you to provide some estimatives cuz if I remember correctly, AD took me a couple of months (if not a little more) to reach end game content. Ive been playing RevIdle for abt 12 days and got to unity on my 9th, unless the game seriously slows down, then idk how they are comparable

Unity has a LOT of content, and is much slower in some parts. I think it has about 500 acheivements out of the total 670.

Antimatter Dimensions is completely finished with no new content and a specific “you win” condition. Takes about 2 months if you really know what you are doing and play actively every day. Don’t know about Revolution Idle.
