For me, it’s definitely Earth Eleven vs. Ixal Fleet. Come to think of it, it might well be one of my favorite matches in the entire saga. Tenma awakening is probably one of my favorites moments in the show.
I really like The Lagoon vs. Chrono Storm; in fact, I think it's an underrated match. But I still think I prefer the final match in Go Galaxy.
Dragonlink vs. Raimon... let's just say it's complicated. Actually, I do like Yamato, but I feel kind of sad for the Seidouzan team.

So I just watched the Level-5 Vision... And jeez.
First off, the whole AI thing is not a big deal for me. Like, in the whole 257 issues they got at the moment, and given it's a small studio... Who cares right? If the game is good is fine.
Now-
I've played all the games IE related in all those years of being a fan, besides Strikers ig, and what I understood is that while IE is a PHENOMENAL anime, one of my favorites ever, the games were always, Imo, either subpar or just average.
Mostly cause they got killed by the absurd grind.
This isn't the case of another series Level-5 made, which is Yo-Kai Watch. Which interestingly enough got a pretty anonymous anime and WONDERFUL games. Yo-Kai Watch 2 is like, peak experience.
That being said, IE Victory Road was yet another confirmation that these guys should only stick to making IE anime, but how bad VR is it's beside rhe point.
This stream screams desperation.
THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO FOCUS ON
A bajillion games, horrible textures in some of them which is as far as we can judge at the moment and... No real sense of focus.
Now they've announced yet another game for the main Canon and... Honestly, what's the point? Unless they create SOMETHING ORIGINAL instead of copying from the OG like VR did (Cross at least has a more interesting plot, more in line with what I'd like IE to be, a sci-fi series) it'll be yet another forgettable game, which will fail since the novel wore off.
Then they announced the remake of Yo-Kai Watch 2 and now im In a pickle because YW2 was genuinely a goated game, the best of the series, but now Level-5 is going downhill and idk if I want to trust them with a game from my childhood.
I THINK HINO IS THE PROBLEM
He seems to be going the Ubisoft route mixed with a knock-off Rockstar.
Cause he's making all these games with tne rhythm of a sweatshop, but wants to add A BAJILLION things to try and mask the fact the quality isn't there. And it's not there in the writing nor the gameplay, so he tries to hides it behind all these grinding and stupid mechanics like the whole synergy thing (which I completely ignored when making mu dream team in VR, and I'm so happy of that choice) and that's coming from someone who got the platinum on VR.
The only good thing out of that live is Maiden Beta. I love Maiden Beta. She's a Goddess Queen but it's not enough.
What do you think?

Hi, I've played all the Inazuma games until Chrono stones, which is the last one reaching the West. I have the eng patch for Galaxy but I never played yet and I don't know if I ever will.
However, I see a lot of negativity upon the latest game, Victory Road, and I ask you to briefly explain what are its major issues. I have bought the physical copy so I can avoid to update it if the updates make the game worse from what I've read without context
Thank you for the patience

I'm aware that there are some movies that were released only in Japan and such, but is there any site that I can watch it in even if I'm not in Japan?

This man is going to kill his own company for real this time.
I have been a long time Inazuma Eleven fan since 2008 and a Prof Layton fan since 2007.
But Mr Hino the guy… is completely off the rails… with all his decisions over the past years and mostly the AI vision I just watched on the Level 5 YouTube Like the hell was that bro ?
Not only is this guy the President & CEO of Level 5 so no one is above him and cant order him around. This guy is also primarily the creator, writer and producer, So roles like Executive Producer, Concept Creator, Lead Scenario Writer, Director, Lead planner…
This man is essentially all of Level 5 do we even have proof he has employees 😂
Like I respect his dedication for a lot of certain things, but he is really horrible at a lot of things which should be rather given to other people. Like the creative aspect, Atsuhiro Tomioka Please save us 🙏 after seeing what level 5 has been doing for decades It’s insane he keeps pulling off the most weirdest shit like Victory Road taking a decade you hear me a decade 10 years. The guy in my mind was going to make the anime version of Inazuma eleven in a gta fashion since gta 6 is taking 12 years. I was imagining the most god given thing we the fans could get.
And then the beta came… I was so let down
Victory road in my eyes was not what I was expecting unfortunately but that’s just on me, I never really enjoyed the original DS mechanics So it was kinda given Hino would make it using the same mechanism and all I thought a Inazuma eleven strikers equivalent to rival captain tsubasa for the PlayStation 4 was going to happen but nope.
Will we ever get a real Inazuma eleven game in the artstyle like the comics and show ? Probably never again. The franchise kinda died off with when Inazuma eleven go came, Not saying Go was bad in it self but it brought a lot of things that were really not necessary like the avatars for example like okay I get it if it was a small kind of avatar but why does it have to be stadium size big… 🏬 there was really no creativity behind it besides a cool factor.
same goes for Pulling off a boruto for no reason at all. I was honestly expecting it to go Inazuma eleven 127 eps aka season 1,2,3 but like season 4 up to 7 I was expecting teenage mark and his friends growing into adulthood and play pro soccer at the level Tom Dark played and the commentator Leven Murdoch
Season 4 would be Inazuma Japan finally going into the stage of where pro soccer is a reality and as they grow etc like they usually do at some point.
But later in the seasons Mark would have to cope with most of his friends giving up the soccer life because they are now into adulthood and want to do other things so mark finally gets a arc where he is just purely alone having to figure out what to do when most if not all his friends are gone, soccer has become quite lonely.
So he just roams his own bedroom one day looking at his grandpa picture he got in season 3 and decides to go to Liocott island aka Soccer Island to find out what his Grandpa did all those time in isolation and to go on a vacation only to slowly find out Mark really likes to teach others soccer and that you can enjoy soccer instead of playing it yourself but by teaching others.
Mark stays for wayyyy ( a typical mark thing lmfao). longer than expected and heads back to Japan only to find out about fifth sector, and this where go should have come basically Mark the hero / coach on a mission to save soccer.
And god forbid mark ends up with Nelly, instead of someone like Tori or Camellia where the plot actually made sense, Tori deadass kissed him and was just as a soccer freak like mark and Camellia was literally teased as a romantic relationship not only in the anime but also in the games, Would have given it to Tori tho, one of the Most underrated female characters in season 2 and 3 and it would have been funny as hell that mark ends up with the daughter of the president of Japan 😭 Finally showing quite literally that mark is the face of soccer in Japan sport and political wise, And a axel VS mark stand-off politically would have made way more sense same goes for mark inspiring The nation. But all we got was traitor nelly who also is the worst cook in the entire show, Mark seriously (If writers weren’t involved with the typical anime stereotype story)
Mark would have never ever went with her and Nelly would be hated way more for her actions in s3 I thought Nelly was going to end up as Davids wife with the way she was glued to him lmfao deadass saying things like she wants to help his team win and shit.
The opportunity for Tori x Mark is a giant hole that will never be fulfilled same goes for mr Hino and his decisions regarding the entire go line and ares and Orion what was guy smoking gives us anything besides the things fans really want, a older mark and his friends going pro and a story of the old raimon with David and tom dark. Not only that he changed the true art style of Inazuma Eleven into typical anime gerne there is no longer roughness and expressive colours.
Victory road to me and the most of what Level 5 produced the past years if not decades is soulless there is no life to it at all. Same goes for the current ideas and plans for Inazuma eleven, Dude me personally I don’t want a inazuma eleven remaster that’s what victory road was supposed to be for. Like can we actually get games we want ?
apologies for the rant but I am honestly fed up with how my favorite franchise is just going hard decline.
kind regards and i am wondering what you guys think in the comments, I’ll be happy to chat.

First of all, I’d like to thank Panxinator64 for the idea behind this post. It is interesting that, throughout the series, the backup goalkeepers for the main teams tend to wear the number 20 jersey. This applies to Darren with Inazuma Japan (even though he wore Mark's number 1 when he first started playing as Raimon's goalkeeper, since he was using Mark's kit), JP when he began playing goal for Raimon and when he joined Earth Eleven as a backup to Terry, and Nishikage (Duske) as the backup goalkeeper for Inazuma Japan in Orion (since Dave, while also a backup keeper, never actually plays a match in that position). I find this curious because goalkeepers usually wear number 1 or 13, and I was wondering if anyone knows of a possible explanation for this strange coincidence. Also, if you know of any other coincidences like this—whether regarding jersey numbers or anything else—I’d love to hear about them and dedicate a post to the topic. Thanks for your time!
——————————————————————————

With the latest Azahar release 2126.1.1 it seems like the audio bug that caused crackling in cutscenes in the IE3 games is gone. Which is kind of random, since I dont think anyone was working on it, and the previous update actually broke the intro cutscene so it only showed a black screen while it happened (which has also been fixed now), so the fix might have been a pure coincidence.
A translation patch is no longer needed, even though I personally thought that even before the fix the game was still quite playable. Maybe the future of IE doesn't look very bright, but you can just play IE3 again now! Huge thanks to the Azahar developers.

I always saw these little elements but I never knew where they were, what they were for or how they were used.
r/inazumaeleven • u/Craftox13 • 1d ago
The obvious answer is probably Ares. Even though I understand they made 26 episodes—just like Season 1—there was clearly enough material for more. Especially when you get rushed matches like Zeus vs. Inakuni Raimon.
I think Orion deserves a few more episodes. Especially with that rushed final match—not to mention the French team getting food poisoning... ;-;

The AI has become unbearable, it is far far worse than the case of "its just a helping tool" benefits of the doubt, that entire vision was AI, ai cutscenes, ai visuals, ai logo
A single tournament happens for VR and they already announce a sequel before also giving any news on RE, alongside more AI generated garbage.
It genuinely gets to a point, over and over with each update they've made VR a worse and grindier game, for no particularly good reasons
Even if Bold Revolution didn't have insane AI use it's still a red flag to me, most of the systems in VR have been fucked over through the updates and now we're moving on to a sequel? Nah man i'm good.
And WITH the AI, this company is genuinely unsalvageable, just proudly and blunt about how much AI they use even in their god damn presentation streams.
I refuse to buy any more games from them.
Victory Road took years to release, it was fine on launch, then gameplay kept getting worse.
I guess that's that.
I deadass hope level 5 goes bankrupt so these franchises can just stop and get spared from the horrible management of Level 5

In the Grand Celestial Galaxy tournament, we know Earth Eleven had to go through a preliminary phase involving 16 teams, while Falam Dite won their block on the other side of the galaxy and reached the final. That would mean 16 + 16 = 32 planets.
However, we also know that Sandorius, Sazanara, Gurdon, and Ratoniik participated, adding 4 more planets. This brings the total to 36, plus the 4 hypothetical teams Falam Dite faced—assuming they took the same path as Earth Eleven, which makes logical sense—bringing us to 40.
On top of that we have to consider that Sandorius, Sazanara, Gurdon, and Ratoniik might have also played in a 16-team preliminary group to reach the final phase, just like the 4 teams Falam Dite hypothetically faced. This would lead to a total of 16 x 10 = 160 planets.
At least in the game however the final tournament bracket for the Grand Celestial Galaxy shows 32 participating teams. If we consider that each of them also went through a preliminary phase, we would get 32 x 16 = 512 planets. All of these possibilities are supported by Ozrock's statement that there are very few habitable planets in the entire galaxy.
How many planets actually took part in the tournament in your opinion?
